Is GCLab free?

Yes — GCLab is completely free. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

How do I create an account or sign in?

Creating an account is free and only needs an email address. Open the app or visit gclab.app and choose to sign in or sign up, then follow the prompts.

I forgot my password or can’t sign in.

Use the password reset option on the login page to receive a reset link by email. If you still can’t get in, email us at hello@gclab.appand we’ll help.

How do I log a game?

You can log a game on the web or in the iOS app, recording scores, hoops, shots, venues, and notes. If you have an Apple Watch, you can log a game right from your wrist during play.

Apple Watch & Health

When you log a game on Apple Watch, GCLab can record your heart rate and steps for that game via HealthKit, so you can see your own performance stats. This is optional — it only happens after you grant HealthKit access, and you can turn it off any time using the Health toggles in Settings or the Watch app.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account and the data you’ve logged from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email hello@gclab.appto request deletion and we’ll take care of it for you.
