Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GCLab (“the service”), a golf-croquet game-logging and analytics service on the web and on iOS/watchOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access other users’ data without authorization, scrape it at scale, or upload unlawful content.

Your content

You own the games and notes you log. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the service and produce your analytics. Some data shown in the app (such as WCF-sourced player ratings and game records) originates from third-party sources and remains subject to their terms.

Service “as is”

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Analytics and ratings are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies; the on-court referee and official WCF records always take precedence.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCLab and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or risks harm to the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we’ll revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
